NOTE: Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about our store policy
that will apply to you as a customer.
At Dynasty Goddess Hair Co., customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We stand behind the quality of all our hair products. We know that we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. All hair is carefully inspected by hand, then shampooed and conditioned before leaving our warehouse site. Due to the nature of our hair product, and because each individual hair piece comes from a completely separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.
All terms of payment are always 100% percent upfront. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card or PayPal account will be charged.
We absolutely have no tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address it will be mandatory for you to fill out a credit card authorization form and send required documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary one of our representatives will contact you promptly after your order has been placed. This may delay the shipping of your order.
Virgin human hair is very very distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good and reasonable idea of our textures. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some kind of variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive in the mail. Lengths can also vary half an inch to an inch. This is not completely avoidable nor should it be. It is apart of the business and fun of buying and wearing premium quality virgin hair. Our hair is beautiful, luxurious and very unique.
We only supply unprocessed virgin hair, the hair comes in natural shades of 1 (Black), 1B (Off Black), 2 (Dark Brown), and 2B (dark brown with natural highlights and or undertones). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, cellophane, semi-permanent, and lifts very very well! (However we do recommend it to be done by a professional stylist).
WARNING: Refunds and or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for expectations and or dissatisfaction with texture, stitching construction or color.

WARNING: Once payments are made there will be no cancellations of orders.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning once processed unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame you selected at checkout. Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 minutes after ordering. Once this 2 minutes has passed the orders have already began processing and cannot be changed nor canceled. If Dynasty Goddess by its own discretion decides to cancel a order that was requested AFTER the 2 minutes grace period, Buyer agrees to a 36% restock. fee
If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” and or out of stock and you will not be able to purchase that product.

At Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. After 14 calendar days of initial delivery of the items you receive. You must contact us for return instructions. If the items have not been returned within those 14 calendar days due to the nature of our products, All sales are final. In the case of wholesale orders (orders of 12 pieces or more) that are purchased on the website or thru Paypal Invoices, items must be returned within 7 calendar days after delivery/out for delivery date, otherwise all wholesale order sales are final. Any customized orders including All Wigs and All Clip In orders are Final, and We will not acceptfraudulent returns that can be verified by our manufacturing plant that they are not Dynasty Goddess Hair Products, but the hair product of another hair company. If tags are remove from the hair, it is considered used, and all sales are final on used hair. Ifthe return is within the return period or if Dynasty Goddess by its own discretion decides to approve a return, All Buyers agree to a 36% of total order amount or $35.00 restock fee (which ever is greater). All orders whether made using Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, Bitcoin, Sezzle or any other financing option are subject to a 36% of total order amount or $35.00 restock fee (which ever is greater), regardless if the order is refunded/returned or canceled.
We take great pride in our product. Since natural virgin hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a hair care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a hair product that is truly defective and unusual we want you to contact us. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 1 calendar day of receipt of the hair. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. A customer service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions to return ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to the Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. Distribution Center. If Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. . verifies and agrees that the product is in some way defective., Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. will then exchange or replace the item.
If the customer wants a product in exchange of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional cost of that item. Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. If Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. does not validate the product defect issue, we will then return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product. However we will not accept any product that has been altered in any way fashion or form.
Dynasty Goddess Hair Co., at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 2 business day of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after 2 business day will not be honored. If tags are remove from there hair, it is considered used, and all sales are final on used hair. If at our sole discretion we decide to accept an exchange, there will be a 10% restock fee which will be due to be paid buy the customer purchasing a gift card before the replacement product is shipped.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed,conditioned, combed, dyed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. We will not accept or exchange any customized products such as Wigs, Tape In and Clip In Extensions.
Federal law states that no one can return human hair products that has been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle packaging or trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health requirement.
Hair Products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
In order to process an exchange the unwanted hair product needs to be shipped backto our warehouse at your expense. We suggest you send through a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation because we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product is received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition and can be verified that it is indeed dynasty goddess hair by our manufacturer, and not the hair of another hair company, we will exchange the product for another hair product of equal or greater value.
ALL Shipments Require a Signature UPON DELIVERY.
For your own convenience do not wait until the last minute to place your order with us. If you have ahair appointment out of town trip or any other appointments or engagements it is always better to order far enough in advance to allow for any and all delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the shipping address you provide on behalf of USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments that are due to inclement weather, acts of god, holidays, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days and should be considered by you when calculating all shipping times. We expect United States Postal Service/DHL/FEDEX to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed no reimbursement of shipping charges will be offered or permitted. Incomplete and/or incorrect addresses are the major cause of late deliveries & shipment delays. Double Check the shipping address on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the correct and pertinent information (address, Floor, apt#, Building#, Directions, etc.) needed to deliver your shipment accurately. ALL orders will be shipped via USPS/DHL/FEDEX to the address you provide on the order form. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete address possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been released from our warehouse you will be assessed the $10.00 address correction fee that USPS/DHL/FEDEX will charge us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED / ISSUED FOR LATE, REFUSED OR ABANDONED ORDERS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a incorrect, nonexistent or bad address you will be responsible for ALL additional shipping charges.
If you are tracking your package on-line and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call or email us immediately. We will contact USPS/DHL/FEDEX to begin a trace on your package which will initiate them in starting an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-30 business days. If it is determined by USPS/DHL/FEDEX that your shipment has been lost in their possession a replacement will be shipped out to you pending USPS’s investigation.
WARNING: Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. will not resend or refund a shipment that shows DELIVERED on USPS/DHL/FEDEX tracking.
Dynasty Goddess Hair Co., reserves the right at our own discretion to make changes to prices, policies, the website itself and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
Dynasty Goddess Company LLC, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. will not be liable for consequential, special, direct, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products website usage and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Dynasty Goddess Company LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products or services under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Dynasty Goddess Company LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services or products under this agreement.
Images of people or places displayed on the Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. Use of these images by you or any other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. website known as www.dynastygoddess.com. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by Dynasty Goddess Hair Co.on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. Any such right that is not expressly licensed here under is reserved by Dynasty Goddess Hair Co.

Anything you send to the Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. site may be used by Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. for any purpose including but not limited to modification, replication, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, re-posting publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting any material to Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. you irrevocably transfer and assign to Dynasty Goddess Hair Co., and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, “moral” rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. is free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, contemplation’s, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to the Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. site for any purpose, including but not limited to extrapolating, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.
Any purchases received as prizes or for compensatory purposes are not permitted to be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Dynasty Goddess Hair Co. reserves the right to approval or withhold approval at its sole discretion.
Dynasty Goddess Hair LLC. reserves the right to cancel or change any offers or programs without notice to the public at any time.
